International orders are shipped through UPS. UPS does not consider weekends/holidays as business days. Prices displayed on Tatcha.com are in USD currency. Orders are typically fulfilled the same business day if placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time.

All international orders placed through UPS may require a signature upon receipt.

Contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable taxes or value limits to clear customs.

  

Packages may be held at the local sorting facility until customs are paid. Customs fees may be applied after the package is received.

  

**We are not responsible for refunds if:** 

*   Packages are refused due to high duties and taxes.
*   Packages are not picked up by the recipient at the local holding facility.
*   Packages can not clear customs because of restrictions.
*   Items that are missing because they are confiscated by Customs.
